About

This is a programme that supports and works with teachers, middle leaders and senior leaders to improve the quality of learning and teaching. Our goal is to instigate a cultural shift from a teacher-centred classroom to a learner-centered classroom, and ultimately a learning-centred one.

Our model of support, which was built effectively on the best practices in the school enhances the in-school support provided for teachers from middle and senior leaders.

Programme Phases

  • Tailoring the model to meet the needs and aims of the school

  • Ensuring the view of what outstanding learning and teaching is and looks like will need to be agreed amongst all delegates

  • Initial Team Training:

Getting everyone on the same page from the start means that we all know what it will take to go through a period of cultural change in the classroom

    Practice in Action:

Working in threes enables us all to be honest with each other and to realise that we all make mistakes. By working together we begin to move forward quickly

  • Becoming a Leader of Learning opens up your classroom to others and leads to ‘seeing is believing’

  • To be able to pass on your knowledge to others is such a rewarding thing to be able to do, not only for the students but for colleagues

"The most impressive and effective element of ‘Inspire..2..Teach’ is that it comes from and is rooted in the best classroom practice which already exists within the school itself. That, together with expert external guidance, gives it validity and immediate impact both in raising standards in the classroom and in teachers’ professional development and self-esteem.”
